Marriott Opens 2 New Properties in Phuket
Stewart PerryMarriott has opened another 2 properties in Phuket, Courtyard by Marriott Phuket at Kamala Beach and Courtyard by Marriott Phuket at Patong Beach. The company is operating both properties under a management deal with Destination Properties Company.
The Courtyard by Marriott Phuket at Kamala Beach has 180 suites and it targeted to families. The suites offer 1, 2, or 3 bedroom options, have kitchenettes that are fully equipped, living room space, and private balconies. This resort hotel that is styled for families also has 6 meeting rooms so that families can have reunions and parties, while they can also be used for business retreats.
The Courtyard by Marriott Phuket at Patong Beach has 390 guest rooms and is targeted more to those who are on a budget. It is located within walking distance of the beach and major shopping outlets. It offers travelers an ideal location while boasting a pool on the roof so that its guests can enjoy the sunset of Patong Beach.
Featured at both of the properties is MoMo Café, which is an all day restaurant and is the heart of both hotels, combining local cuisine along with western favorites. The Siam Adventure Club is an online kiosk that features tours for local operators, where guests can book off-site activities and trips when they wish. Another feature is KIDSWORLD, which offers a variety of entertainment, toys, and activities.
Along with the 2 new properties, the portfolio of Courtyard by Marriott in Thailand includes Courtyard by Marriott Hua Hin at Cha-Am Beach, Courtyard by Marriott Phuket at Surin Beach, and Courtyard by Marriott Hotel Bangkok.
