Jury Inns comes up with £60 Million for Expansion

The Jury Inns hotel chain has just announced that it has raised £60 million more funds to aid them in its big European expansion push. Starwood Hotels & Resorts Shows Growth in Quarter 2 profits

Due to a sharp cut in costs, Starwood Hotels & Resorts has now comfortably beat Wall Street’s expectations with a growth in quarterly figures to June. The costs and expenses for the second quarter fell by about one fifth. This was driven by a 30 percent fall in general and administrative costs.
