Airline Industry Still In The Red

The latest air traffic numbers released by the International Air Transport Association (IATA) show that the demand in passenger travel is flat over last year, and airline costs have increased.
Airlines have reduced passenger capacity in order to match demand meaning planes have been flown fewer hours, thus contributing to a jump in non-fuel expenses.
