This brand new condo is on one of the top floors, and overlooks pristine saltwater marshes and the beautiful Atlantic Ocean. When you step out onto our balcony you had better be prepared for some of the most breathtaking, panoramic views on the entire island. Our condo includes crown moldings throughout, hardwood floors, stone countertops, ceiling fans in every room, and top-of-the-line mattresses and linens. Every gadget and appliance is included, as well. Condo amenities are just steps away from our unit's door. The pool is right downstairs, and has a casual restaurant and convenience store right alongside. The boardwalk to the beach is also just outside, and has a beach cabana and a snack bar at the end of it -- right on the ocean! The golf course is right nextdoor; and we have six lighted tennis courts onsite. Bike trails abound out front, and lead all over the island. The grocery store, restaurants, and Sheltercove Marina are all less than one mile away. We even have indoor pool facilities -- with a sauna, jacuzzi, and a steam room to boot.
