There is a lounge with large screen cable TV, DVD & Playstation 2, Dining Area & Kitchen Nook area,Fully equipped kitchen & utility area containing washer/dryer,iron & ironing board,Games Room in gargage containing pool table & foosball table.The whole house is air conditioned for your comfort.The telephone can be used free of charge for local calls & incoming calls. To complete your holiday pleasure at the rear of the house is a private screened pool with pool furniture and security fence for children ( this can easily be removed if not required). The fine mesh screening lets the sun in but keeps the bugs out! There is also a hot tub/jacuzzi installed on the extended deck area. Here's where you can relax with a cool drink and truly sample the "Florida Lifestyle". Heating of the pool and hot tub/jacuzzi are optional.
