Manatee House This house sleeps up-to 12 it has 2 full bathrooms and all the comforts of home. The private pool area is a great place to grill out on the gas grill or float in the 32 foot pool and relax in the Heated Jacuzzi/Spa. The pool can be heated if you would like to add that option. We have bikes are at the house so you can ride on the bike trail it goes for miles along the wetland preserve across from the house, or take a ride to the beach. The living room has a TV with cable and a sofa sleeper. There are 2 bedrooms to your right as you walk in one with a king size bed and a cable TV the other with a queen size bed and Cable TV and a bathroom by those bedrooms, the other bedroom is to your left as you walk in the front door it has a queen size bed and a beautiful stained glass window. Enjoy dinner in the dinning room that sits 8 people comfortably, next to the dinning room is a kitchen then as you walk to the back of the house there is a Florida room with cable TV and VCR that faces the pool and a queen size sofa sleeper there is one more small bedroom with a full bathroom and washer and dryer off the Florida room. This is a great neighborhood and a great house for a couple or a large group the beaches in this area are not as crowded as some of the other areas near here and the restaurants are some of the best in Florida.
