The apartment may be booked for short stays from three days, prices starting at £210. Weekly lets can be started on any day. Please note weekly prices are for 1-2 people. For 3-4 people an additional charge of £10-£30 per night will be made for the sofa bed. A travel cot can be provided free of charge. The accommodation is quietly situated on the 4th (top) floor of an Art Deco building. The apartment was totally remodeled in 2003. The building is served by two lifts, a resident's swimming pool, gymnasium, sauna and laundry room. Lothian House is centrally located with Edinburgh Castle, the Edinburgh International Conference Centre, Princes Street, theatres, cinemas, restaurants and shopping within a short walk.
