This is ideal for those who wish to enjoy a relaxing holiday in a typically Spanish resort, in a luxurious and spacious property. The house is well equipped and beautifully furnished. The large lounge/dining room has a feature corner fireplace. There are two twin bedded rooms and one double bedded room. Lounge/dining room and all three bedrooms, have their own terrace/ garden. There are hairdryers in both bathrooms. Upstairs, there is the twin sink bathroom complete with full size bath and shower, whilst downstairs there is a shower room with sink and toilet available. The separate kitchen is equipped with large fridge/freezer, oven, hob, microwave, kettle, coffee filter machine, juicer, and toaster. The utility area houses the washing machine and water heater, and has plentiful storage space. There are fitted ceiling fans to two bedrooms and the lounge, and also 2 stand alone fans are provided. Plentiful garden furniture is available as well as a BBQ situated in the pretty back garden. Also provided are chairs and surf body boards for use on the nearby beautiful beaches, which are only 3 minutes drive away. During the summer period ?chiringuitos? (beach bars) are erected to provide refreshments. The communal pool is immediately in front of the house, and whilst it has restricted hours of use, to recognise the Spanish siesta time, the pool is open until midnight. There are also tennis courts on site, and a football pitch.
