Hammock Beach Tropical Pool Home This house is located in an area where the beaches are secluded and unspoiled by hotels and restaurants. We are a 1/2-mile to the beach and just 20 minutes south of St. Augustine, Florida, and 40 minutes north of Daytona Beach. It's just a short drive to Disney World and Universal Studio (about 1.5 hours). This quiet, tropical setting is just 1 1/2 mile from Marineland, where you can enjoy swimming with the dolphins. Some Tarzan movies were even filmed in our jungle. Our area of Flagler County is tropical, and still has many roads that are not even paved; ours is a sand road 1/2 mile off A1A coastal road. Enjoy our fenced yard, private pool, and heated Jacuzzi/spa. This is ideal for a couple, the whole family or a large group. Inside the house there is a full kitchen with a dish washer and a washer and dryer and ironing board and iron a large dinning area and living room with a wood burning fireplace and satellite TV and a VCR and ½ bathroom as you get to the top of the second floor you will see a open office room with a twin size bed and desk then 2 other bedrooms both with queen size beds one with a fire place and satellite TV, 2 full bathrooms on this floor and a outdoor second floor deck with a table and chairs and a great view then up the stairs to the attic room a huge room with a 2 Full-Size Beds and a queen size sofa sleeper and a small refrigerator and Satellite TV. This is a great get-a-way for a couple or a large group if you are looking to be in a quiet area away from the crowds.
