Large bathroom with bathtub/shower, toilet, bidette. Large balcony. Five minute walk to Malvarrosa/Las Arenas beach. Beach has Europes highest Blue Flag rating. Americas Cup Port is a 6 minute walk away. Cabanyal District, walk to the Dr. Lluch metro station and Grau station, numerous cafes, restaurants and pubs. University of Valencia is a four minute metro tram ride away. Library with free email access is a short walk. Central Valencia is a short metro ride away. Viveros Park and zoo is 3 km away.
