We have 2 upstairs bedrooms, each with double beds & armoires. There is a tiled shower en suite off the master bedroom. Downstairs, a furnished living/dining room with Godin woodstove. Two steps up into the fully equipped kitchen. East/morning light breakfast nook. It has an original old fashioned cold tap prep sink. From the kitchen, walk into the scullery or utility room with frig/freezer, double stainless sink for dishes, washer/dryer, and porte finetre that steps up out onto the west terrace and into the garden. Off the side of the scullery, is our large, tiled master bathroom. It has toilet, bidet, hot towel rack, and a wondrous, vintage French clawfoot bathtub to sink into. High speed wireless internet,phone, CD/Radio, (UK) satellite TV. This is a non smoking environment. Winter let requires first month's rent of 485 euros plus security deposit of 485 euros. You pay monthly electric, and wood for heat. PLEASE NOTE: Children are absolutely welcome -- but it is an upstairs/downstairs home and it is not set up for the very young -- it is not 'childproofed'.
