Besides a full sized bathroom, there is also an additional half bath. With air conditioning and heat, this home is available for year round vacation rentals. The fully equipped kitchen includes a new dishwasher, new refrigerator, plenty of small appliances, and a microwave oven. There is plenty of room for everyone in the large living room with two sofas, one of which is a sectional. The dining table seats four, plus another low table is surrounded by four rattan rocking chairs. For play time, enjoy the VCR player, DVD players, cable televisions and stereo. Relax in the huge new whirlpool overlooking the river. The two car garage will securely store all of your toys. For your grilling and campfires, a large stone barbeque, gas grill, fire pit, and octagonal picnic table are waiting. A total of seven bikes are also available for your use. Bring your boat or personal watercraft and either tie up to the dock or pull it up in the sand! Boat on either the AuSable River, or boat on Lake Huron. Don't forget your fishing rods as some of the best fishing in the state is to be had right here in your own back yard, including bass and salmon. There is a large yard for lots of fun and games. Swim in the AuSable River, or walk on out to the sand bar. Have a great time floating in a tube or canoeing down the river.
