Our villa in a bit more detail: - FAMILY ROOM has large, comfortable sofas ,27" TV with cable & DVD. ceiling fan and sliding glass doors to patio and pool area -THE DEN has 27" TV with cable, VCR, Playstation 2 & stereo with CD/cassette/radio. We have a small selection of video's and Playstation games(and there is a rental shop just a few minutes away which allows visitors to rent video's, DVD's and Playstation games). There is also a queen sleeper sofa, board games, puzzles, books and toys. Ceiling fan overhead. -MASTER BEDROOM WITH LUXURY ENSUITE has queen bed, 21" TV with cable and ceiling fan overhead. Sliding glass doors look over patio & pool area. Huge walk in closet. The ensuite includes twin basins, a large shower and separate tub/bath. Both bathrooms have hairdryers. There are alarm clocks in all bedrooms. -BEDROOM TWO has two twin beds and is equipped with a TV with cable and VCR. -BEDROOM THREE has two twin beds. -FAMILY BATHROOM is handily located next to the two twin bedrooms. It includes tub/ bath plus shower. -KITCHEN is fully equipped with all you would expect for a home from home. This includes electric cooker, large fridge/freezer with ice maker, microwave, coffee maker, electric kettle, large toaster and blender, all crockery and cutlery. The kitchen also has a table & four chairs. -DINING ROOM has a large dining table with six chairs and is located next to the kitchen. -UTILITY ROOM contains washing machine, tumble dryer, ironing board, iron & vacuum cleaner. -POOL, PATIO & SPA is south facing with an attached spa and fully screened. Large pool measures approx 30ft by 13ft. Lanai for shade and privacy fence surrounds the back yard/garden. Comfortable patio furniture is provided. Pool and spa heat (optional) is available. GENERAL - All linens & towels are provided. - A crib/cot, highchair & stroller is provided free of charge. - A telephone that allows free local calls & can be used to access the internet. - Safety features include pool door alarms, smoke alarms & home alarm.
