Villa Despina comprises two completely separate apartments, each of which has a private entrance, although there is a connecting door in the courtyard which means that the units could be rented together for use by friends or families holidaying together. The apartments have been restored to the highest standards and each unit features a fully equipped kitchen area. The first unit consists of a living area with integrated kitchen area and dining space, a Lindian style elevated sleeping area and a separate double bedroom, as well as a bathroom with bathtub. The second unit features a living area with open fire and kitchen area, and another elevated Lindian sleeping area, for 2-3 people, underneath which is the bathroom, again with bathtub.
