The villa is situated within a delightful,new gated community called The Abbey.It is a 4 bedroom 3 bathroom villa with south facicing private screened pool so it gets the sun all day long.The villa is fully equipped with all the facilities to make your stay as comfortable as possible.The 1st master bedroom has a queen size bed an en-suite bathroom with a tub and shower which also has direct pool area access.It also has cable tv. The 2nd master bedroom which is classed as a cabbana room has large queen sized bed en-suite bathroom with large shower and toilet and also has direct pool access from the bathroom so its straight out of the pool into the shower.This room also has cable tv. The main living area is spacious with 2 sofas and an armchair it has cable tv with video and dvd player we have started and dvd and video library with over 30 films to watch on those evenings in with a selection to cater for all tastes.The kitchen consists of a large fridge freezer with ice maker,hobbed oven,microwave,garbage disposal,coffee maker,dishwasher,toaster etc. There a 2 more bedrooms both twin 1 is Disney themed for the kiddies. The utility room consists of large washing machine and large tumble dryer.The 3rd bathroom has a tub with shower attachment and toilet.All in all pretty much everthing you need to have a pleasent holiday in the sun.
