Both houses are renovated to a high standard during the last three years and are fully equipped. The main house/appartment: sleeps 6-7 has 2 double bedrooms and 1 twin and one single. There are three bathrooms. The Gite: sleeps 4 (outside the high season) has 1 double and 1 twin bedded room, both en suite. In addition there is a appartment in the main house for 2 people. The pool (9,4m by 4,4m) as wbuilt in 2002 for sole use. Terraces, garden furniture and BBQ. Tennis court, public pool, bar and restaurant in the village. Close to 18 hole golf course, Spain and the Mediterranean Sea. The main house has been renovated over the last years faithful to the traditional Catalan style with a lot of character. On the ground floor there is a double bedroom/living room, kitchenette and bathroom/toilette. On the first floor you will find the dining room with an open kitchen - fully equipped. Outside the dining room/kitchen is a west-facing terrace of approx. 30 sq metres. The living room with a Catalan fireplace opens up a terrace between the main house and the gite. One double bedroom and one twin, both en suite, on the second floor. Here you will find another living room with library and a television set. The Gite is next to the main house. The Gite is approximately 60 sq metres. It has one double-bedded and one twin-bedded room, both en suite, and a living room/kitchen fully equipped with fridge, freezer, stove (gas/electric) and everything you need for cooking and serving. Exclusively for the use of our guests is a pool, 9,4 by 4,4 metres. One third of the pool has a depth of 1 metre sloping down to 2 metres in the deepest part of the pool making it suitable both for children who want to play in the water and adults who want to swim. The property covers a little more than 3 hectares. Outside the house there is a spacious area for playing and other activities suitable for children and grownups. On the property there is a stream, fed by the melting water from the highest mountain in the area, Pic du Canigou (2784 meter).
