The kitchen is new and well equipped - fridge/freezer, hob/oven, microwave,juicer etc. TV and DVD as well as mini HIFI - there is a small selection of DVDs, Barbque on the front terrace along with table and chairs. On the roof terrace are sun loungers. The pool is a one minute walk and private acces to the pebbled beach just two minutes away. There is a huge sandy beach at Campello and Sant Joan just a couple of minutes by car or about 20 min walk.

At the property is a private beach, mainly shingle, great for sunbathing and often waves for boogie boarding. At Campello there is a huge sandy beach with shallow safe waters, heading furhter along the beach becomes San Juan and there are waves for playing.
