We have the following apartments available in this moment: The Francesca apartment: a large 110 square meter apartment with an independent entrance. It has 2 large double bedrooms, a spacious bathroom, a well equipped open plan kitchen and a very large living room with TV-SAT and a vertical piano, and directly connected to a common 70 square meter large covered terrace. The living room also has a divan sofa-bed. The apartment can easily accommodate up to 6-8 persons. You can also have a children's bed and a highchair, if required. The Maria apartment : a charming and sunny 39 square meter mini apartment with an independent entrance, a double bedroom, cooking area and private bathroom. It is also directly connected to the large common covered terrace and it has normal TV and a refrigerator. The Maria apartment can accomodate 3 persons. We?re also only a half an hour away by car from the Umbria region and Tuscany can be reached in about an hour. Our Country Villa is also only a few kilometres from the most important Italian Highway Autostrada A1 del Sole (Northern Rome exit Fiano Romano). If your coming by car from central or northern Europe, you can exit the A1 Highway and easily reach us in 10 minutes.
