It is accessed via its own small lawn garden (for barbecues!) with palm tree, up a few steps leading to the south facing terrace and through the front door, opening into the spacious and comfortable living/dining room and open plan kitchen. The terrace directly overlooks both the garden and the swimming pools and is ideal for outdoor living. Being only a couple of minutes walk to the local commercial centre where there are shops, restaurants and bars for evening entertainment and yet only a ten minutes walk to the local beach, car hire is optional but not essential here. If you do want to explore further, Torrevieja with its hustle and bustle is only a ten minute drive away, making it the perfect location for a good night out but ensuring a peaceful night sleep.
