PALM VILLA is a fully air conditioned luxury villa, located just 15 minutes from the entrance to Disney World, sleeps up to eight people in three bedrooms. It has two bathrooms, (one en suite to the master bedroom) and its own pool with pool heating as an option and a double garage. The kitchen is all electric with cooker and hob, microwave oven, toaster, dishwasher, fridge/ freezer with auto ice maker. There is a laundry room with washer, dryer, iron and ironing board. The pool deck/ patio area is fully enclosed with an insect screen to keep out those biting bugs, whilst allowing you to top up your sun tan if you wish, and equipped with tables, chairs and sun loungers. The master bedroom has a king size bed, bedside tables and lamps, dressing table and mirror and a TV. There is a ceiling fan to assist air movement. There is also a dressing room with shelving and hanging space which also contains a baby's cot. The second bedroom has a double bed, ample storage space,(built-in wardrobe), bedside tables and lamps, chest of drawers, mirror and ceiling fan. The third bedroom is mainly for children and can sleep 4 and again there is a built-in wardrobe. The large and airy lounge has setees, tables, TV, stereo radio/CD player and opens onto the pool deck/patio, which has a lanai (or shaded area) for those who wish to keep out of the sun. The pool and pool deck face West and therefore get the sun all day from about 10.00am and look out over a large expanse of trees, bushes and wild grass. The dining area faces East and is ideal for a bright start to the day. The whole villa is tastefully decorated and furnished and kept in prime condition by owners who care. There is a local English agent who lives in the next road.
