This quiet peninsula has a very large uncrowded beach, and is formed by the Channel Island Yacht Harbor and the Pacific Ocean. The house is fully equipped, including two kitchens, a two-car garage, a washer/dryer, four TVs, 2 VCR's, gas barbecue, and all cooking accessories. The beach-house is situated in a very romantic setting, with knock-out sunsets! It is located perpendicular to the terminus of the "breakwater"; so the beach affords safe swimming in the lagoon for young children, with ocean surf a few feet away for adults. There is a variety of dining on the peninsula, and nightlife is within walking distance. Shopping is plentiful. This area is as beautiful in winter as it is in summer! Enjoy!
