Our villa is located on the perimeter of Royal Palms, a small development off Highway 27, one and a half miles south of Interstate 4. There is 150 feet of open land behind the screened 28 x 14 feet pool with a view towards a small golf course. The garage will accommodate 2 cars. There are two master en-suite bedrooms with queen size beds. A double bedroom and a Disney themed twin bedroom share the third bathroom. Hair dryers are provided in all bathrooms. There is air-conditioning throughout the villa with ceiling fans in all bedrooms and the living room. The master bedrooms have cable TV and all bedrooms have radio/alarm clocks. Patio furniture is supplied for sunbathing on the extensive pool deck or relaxing in the covered patio area which is always shaded. The pool is 3-5 feet deep and there is direct access to one of the bathrooms from the pool deck. Guests are requested to supply their own beach towels for the pool and water parks. All linens and towels for indoor use are supplied. Cable TV, a DVD/VCR with a selection of discs and videos, a CD/Radio/Cassette stereo, books and board games are available in the spacious living room. The kitchen is fully equipped with an electric cooker, microwave oven, fridge-freezer with ice maker, dishwasher and many smaller appliances along with all the necessary eating, drinking and cooking utensils. Local calls are free on the telephones in the living room and a bedroom. Other calls may be made using phone cards which can be purchased in local shops and supermarkets. NON-SMOKING INDOORS. Ash trays are provided for the patio area.
