Villa Xana is located in Las Coloradas , a new development being considered the most elegant in Playa Blanca. Las Coloradas is adjacent to the Natural area of Los Ajaches whre the wild PAPAGAYO beaches , the best in the whole archipelago are located.You can reach the Papagayo beches by foot in 15 min. There is a beach inside the complex (300 m from the villa) an several restautants , supermarkets, hotels with bars , internet services, spas etc. The new Marina Rubicón is only 1mile from the villa and Playa Blanca is 2.5 miles. The complex is very quiet (you will have excellent sleep)and has a security service 24 hours a day. Playa Blanca is a very nice town in the South of the island , being considered the most sunny area of Lanzarote. It has 2 golden beaches , and a lovely 4 miles marina with views to the neighbour island of Fuerteventura, There are a lot of fine restaurants , nice shops, English pubs, and a medical center whre English is spoken. The villa is ample (84sqm) and garden and swimming pool are completely closed for maximum privacy and not overviewed. There are 2 bedrooms , one with double queen size bed and ensuite bathroom.and another one with twin beds. There is a second complete bathroom. The loung is big and comfortably furnished,including a sopha bed. Satellite TV with British and German channels, video, radio, Cd player with a selection of musics ,table games , some English and Spanish books are available. We also provide full information about the island in English. The dining-area is equipped for 6 people The kitchen is equipped with 4 electric fires cookers and oven, extractor fan, fridge,dishwasher, microwave,coffee maker, kettle, toaster, all kind of cutlery and anything you may need. There is a utility area with a washing machine and drying and ironing devices. Garden and terraces have views to the sea and the Fuerteventura island,, The swimming pool is big (8x4m) and solar heated. We provide full maintenace of it. There are a table , chairs and sunbeds and a shadowed are to have lunch. BBQ .
