set in four acres of beautiful tranquil gardens of south allington house, between start point & prawle point, in a conservation area and a designated area of outstanding natural beauty. All three properties are in the grounds of south allington house which also offers B&B. We have coarse fishing, croquet and a tennis court for your enjoyment.Our B&B accommodation consist of nine rooms which two of these rooms have four poster beds, seven rooms are ensuite & two have private facilities, our rooms either look over our delightful garden or our cobbled court yard. There is a comfortable visitors lounge complete with woodburner for those cold winter evenings.A good quality generous hearty breakfast cooked on our Aga uses local produce and home- made preserves. We offer a comprehensive breakfast menu and special diets can be catered for.We do not offer evening meals but can recommend several local hostelries in the area.In consideration of all our guests we regret that we cannot accommodate children under the age of four in our B&B accommodation.
