The house was once part of a former mill complex set in the pretty Valley de la See. Built in 1740 and renovated to a high degree in 1984, the house sits on the side of the valley in over two acres of land with lovely views and a well maintained, pleasant garden and patio, approached by a long drive with ample parking. The river See borders the land and it is possible to catch trout and salmon. The house is furnished to a very high standard. The living room is a large beamed room with a tiled floor and a huge stone fireplace with log burner. There is a four piece leather suite and a large dining table, a cd player and television. The kitchen is fully equipped including a gas hob and dishwasher, a combination microwave/oven, fridge freezer plus all the usual kitchen equipment. The washing machine, iron and ironing board are situated in the studio below the house. All three bedrooms are carpeted and have double beds, the largest room also has a single bed. There are separate wc's on both floors, a bathroom on the ground floor and a shower room on the first floor. A travel cot and high chair are available at no extra charge. The garden is secluded,subeds, table and chairs and a barbecue are provided for your enjoyment. Duvets and pillows are provided and bed linen and twells are available if required at a small extra charge.
