Willow Cottage is a beautiful, tastefully refurbished cottage-appartment on the ground floor of an 18th century converted barn. Set admidst breathtaking scenery in perhaps the most picturesque hamlet in the heart of the English Lake District, it is an ideal base for exploring the area both by foot or by car. Our cosy cottage has a light and airy double bedroom and a single bedroom with a pretty 4ft wrought iron bed. The attractively furnished living/dining room has mountain views and a fully fitted kitchen with all you will need for a comfortable stay. The cottage has oil-fired central heating to radiators making it warm and cosy all year round. The price includes bed linen, towels, all heating and hot water. Guests are encouraged to use our landscaped fellside garden which has ponds and a tumbling stream (toddlers beware!)and magnificent views over the lake of Brotherswater. Many of our guests return year after year to this gem of a spot.
