At one end of the master bedroom is an arched sitting area with easy chairs and table positioned inside the patio doors, which opens out onto the poolside. A tastefully decorated double bedroom with twin beds, large fitted wardrobe and stylish furniture is situated off the gathering room. A galleried landing upstairs gives access to the three further bedrooms. All have extensive built in wardrobes and are pleasantly furnished. One has full en-suite facilities and the other two share an adjoining en-suite bathroom with double vanity unit, bath and shower. An attractive, light and airy dinette adjoining the kitchen has patio doors onto the outdoor heated pool and lanai. EVERYTHING YOU NEED FOR THE VACATION OF A LIFETIME Nothing at Rolling Hills has been overlooked for your comfort and convenience. The villa is re-stocked and thoroughly cleaned before you arrive. All crockery, cooking utensils and cutlery as well as household linen, even guest soap, toilet rolls and tissues are supplied. An automatic washing machine, tumble dryer, ironing board and iron are located in the utility room next to a cloakroomon the ground floor. A cot and high chair are also provided for our very young guests. At the rear of the villa you'll find your own secluded and illuminated swimmimg pool with water feature, a covered area with ceiling fan, exterior lighting, patio chairs, table, sun-loungers and a barbeque.
