Our "Old Town" Apartment is situated just off the famous Royal Mile, halfway between the Castle and the Palace. It was built in 1765 and is housed directly opposite the Old Customs House where the infamous Deacon Brodie was arrested for an unsuccessful armed raid on the Excise Office. Brodie managed to escape to Holland but was arrested there, brought back for trial, convicted and hanged in public in the High Street in 1788. You could not be better placed to sightsee our beautiful city from here. It sleeps a maximum of 8 persons, has heating, modern luxury kitchen, lounge with tv/dvd, music system and an authentic 18th century coal effect fire. Two bedrooms have either queen size beds (otherwise know as super king beds) or 2 single beds in each and the other room has a set of bunk beds. The lounge/sitting room has two large sofa beds. The Bathroom has a bath & power shower. Our prices include all Linen & towels.
