It is a quite complex, in a great location, beach, beautiful Puerto Marina and all amenities close by. The Apartment This is a self-catering, one bedroom apartment, consisting of one double bedroom, two sofa beds, one in the lounge and another in the conservatory, sleeping four people. It is very well equipped with television, DVD, radio, CD, microwave oven, fridge, etc. We pay particular attention to cleanliness and we are sure you will not be disappointed with the comfortable surroundings. Entering the apartment you have the kitchen on the left, compact but fully equipped. A double bedroom is on the right with bathroom leading off, consisting of shower, toilet and hand basin. From the lounge you enter the conservatory/dining room, large and spacious with panoramic views of the gardens and pool and then through patio doors to the terrace. The apartment has a very sunny aspect, with sun on the terrace until early evening and a sunny patio at the front of the apartment which has sun all evening until it sets. Great for barbecues. Whatever your level of activity, there is something for everyone to enjoy here in the Costa Del Sol. Whether it is lying on the beach, taking in the warmth of the sunshine or scuba diving, snorkeling, exploring, fishing, golf, water parks... In the evenings, if your preference is night life, there are plenty of places to visit, or you may prefer a quieter evening in a small friendly bar, or at home - the choice is yours. Location Only 120 metres away is the lovely sandy beach which stretches along the coast for 2 kilometers. The trendy Puerto Marina is only 250 metres way and the main drag only 200 metres.
