$3000 per week up to 6 people Pets negotiable. 50% deposit to reserve by check payable to C.B. Rentals There is a damage deposit of $400 which will be returned after the rental provided there were no long distance telephone charges and no damage was done other than normal wear and tear. Final Payment due 5 weeks prior to arrival. Cancellation Policy: If cancellation occurs more than 3 months prior to arrival, then deposit refunded less $50 cancellation fee. If less than 3 months notice then refund given only when another renter can be obtained less the $50 fee.
