On arrival at the Georgetown, Great Exuma airport you will rent a car or van and take the easy 10 minute drive to the house. Ivy, our housekeeper who works 2 mornings per week will meet you at the house and get you settled in. Our private property consists of 7 acres of land and 409' of beautiful white sand beach front. The colors of the water run every hue of blue and green and will keep you mesmerized your whole stay. The house is composed of 4 separate buildings all connected by decks and porches, always with a place to get in the sun, out of the sun, in the breeze or out of the breeze. The main house building has a modern kitchen and very large and spacious living areas and a 1/2 bath. It will be hard to concentrate on a book in our living room with the ocean view through 2 glass walls. There are 3 separate bedroom buildings, each with a full bath and an outside shower. The bedrooms are air conditionedThere are steps leading down to the beach and a gazebo for shade. outdoor dining area dishwasher microwave oven washing machine and dryer ceramic tile floors ceiling fans linens and towels provided maid service- 2 mornings/week Twin beds can be put together

$2400 per week (Dec 1 - May 31) $2000 per week (June 1 - Nov 30) Sorry, no pets allowed. Rentals run from Sat to Sat and 6 people is the maximum accommodated. To reserve, a deposit of 1/2 the rental price is required. The balance is due 5 weeks before arrival. In event of cancellation, the deposit is refundable if 4 months notice is given. Otherwise the deposit is refunded only if we can re-rent your week. There is a $50 cancellation fee for cancellations at any time. We will provide a rental agreement for you to sign and will ask for a $300 damage deposit which will be returned to you after the rental providing you did no damage other than normal wear and tear. This deposit should be paid with the final payment. Check with a travel agent about customs requirements. Passports are best but certified birth certificates along with a photo ID are accepted. Check in time is 3:00PM and check out time is 10:00AM. Exuma Int. Airport (GGT) is your flight destination. It is served from South Florida by American Airlines, Bahamas Air, and Lynx Air. Others may also serve so it's best to check.
