North Coast Village is a beautiful, oceanfront condominium complex located right on the sand in Oceanside, California. It is situated on 17 lushly landscaped acres with two swimming pools, two spas, fitness center, billiards and meeting rooms, a putting green, outdoor gas BBQ grills and picnic area. Stroll along beautiful paths past meandering streams, waterfalls, a koi pond, and gardens of exotic flowers and plants. The Oceanside Harbor and Marina is a short walk to the north of the condo. There you will find restaurants, jet ski and boat rentals, quaint shops, fishing charters and whale watching excursions (seasonal). A short walk to the south of the condo takes you to the Oceanside Pier, Ruby's 1950's style Diner, a soft serve ice cream parlor and new 17 screen cinema complex. Oceanside is close to all of Southern California's most popular attractions. San Diego is a 30 minute drive south, and Los Angeles is a 60 - 90 minute drive north. Our condo is a two story, two-bedroom, two bath, beach view Penthouse unit. It's fully furnished with everything you'll need for a relaxing week at the beach including all kitchen appliances and utensils, bed linens, and towels. Each bedroom is a master suite with private bath. The downstairs bedroom contains one king size bed; the upstairs bedroom contains two queen size beds. There is a futon that opens into a full sized bed in the front room for additional sleeping space. This spacious unit is approximately 1200 square feet and offers plenty of room for a large family to spread out. The kitchen is fully equipped with full sized oven and stove, and refrigerator with ice and water dispensor on the door. There is also a dishwasher, garbage disposal, microwave, toaster, blender, coffee maker, milkshake maker, pots and pans, and everything necessary to prepare homemade meals. Additional amenities you will find in the condo include: Fireplace with remote control ignition and thermostat, three telephones, answering machine, three 27 inch remote control color TVs, VCR, DVD player, digital cable with ALL the premium channels (HBO, Showtime, CineMax - over 900 total channels), digital cable modem for high speed internet access, alarm clocks, hair dryers, an iron, and even beach items such as boogie boards, beach towels, and portable beach chairs. The large roof deck contains an umbrella table for enjoying the ocean view.
