The Old Vicarage is a beautiful country house set in over an acre of secluded gardens on the heart of the magnificent Peak District National Park. Stefan and Nicky (and our dog Meg) will give you the warmest of welcomes to our home which we have lovingly restored to a superb standard. In the winter you can relax by a roaring fire in our guest longe/dining room, and in the summer months you can walk the gardens, play croquet on the lawn or just sit and relax and enjoy the wildlife. All our rooms have views over the surrounding hills and countryside and we are perfectly located for all kinds of activities. There are dozens of great walks for all ages and abilities straight from the door including the famous riverside walks of the Dovedale and Manifold valleys. Cycling, touring, Chatsworth and Alton Towers are all easily accessible. We are also one minutes walk from our lovely village pub.
