Lower ground floor: A large sweeping driveway leads to the two covered parking areas and terraces at the entrance of the house. The entrance hall gives on to the dining room, the kitchen and the two ground floor bedrooms. The modern fitted kitchen, which overlooks the pool, has all modern appliances, such as a dishwasher, fridge/freezer, microwave, electric oven and gas hobs. Adjoining the kitchen is the dining room with its spacious covered and arched terrace, very convenient for breakfasts and lunches in the shade. The terrace also leads directly on to the garden and pool area with its wonderful open views. A small hall gives access to the ground floor bedroom and guest toilet. One bedroom has a queen size bed and en-suite bathroom. The other bedroom has twin beds. Upper floor This floor is reached by an indoor staircase from the dining room and can also be accessed through the French windows at the rear. The large living room opens on to a big terrace with a sun awning, perfect for pre-dinner drinks. The discreet bar facilities with fridge and sink, make these easy to mix. A television set with a digital satellite decoder is hidden by rustic doors on one side of the log burning fire-place. Leading off the lounge you will find the master double bedroom with a super king size bed, a walk-in dressing room and a large modern bathroom. An inner hall leads to two further twin bedrooms sharing a brand new modern shower room/toilet. The lounge also gives access to the other part of the garden located behind the house, which is very private and leads on to a well-constructed barbecue area with a stone table and a 360-degree view to the mountains and the sea. The grounds : The garden at the lower ground floor level is directly in front of the dining room and the kitchen and surrounds the large swimming pool (12m by 5,5m), which is one of the most attractive features of the villa. A tall palm tree provides an excellent natural parasol for a quiet siesta. The more informal part is the typical Mediterranean hilly countryside with very old olive and carob trees. Other facilities : Airconditioning/heating throughtout the villa. American type swings and six sun-loungers with mattresses in the garden. All bedrooms have screened windows. Maid service twice a week. A welcoming food parcel will await the guests on arrival and includes items such as coffee, tea, bread, butter, bottle of water, wine and milk. Two baby cots and a high chair are available at no extra charge.
