The complex is set out in a U shape around our pool and overlooking the gardens and barbecues. Each unit has a different owner and so they are all decorated in different styles, but they all have one thing in common and that is that they are clean and comfortable and in a great location. Most of the one bedroom units have a single bed and a double bed in the main bedroom and some units have a fold out lounge in the lounge room. The two bedroom units have a double bed in one room and 2 singles in the other. The second bedroom is quite small and will only fit the 2 single beds. Some 2 bedroom units have fold out lounges in the lounge room too. We can also supply extra beds if needed. All are fully self contained with all kitchen utensils, stove, microwave and a washing machine and drier in the bathroom. No dishwashers though. Our complex is only 3 stories high and does not have a lift so we need to know what floor you would like to be on. We cannot guarantee that we can supply the exact floor but we will certainly try our best. The higher the floor, the more sea breeze the unit will get but the lower floors have the advantage of no stairs and are more shaded. None of our units have sea views. As you will see by our address, we are not right on the beachfront. We are on the Gold Coast Highway but we have a private lane way that will take you directly to the beach and the only road to be crossed is the Esplanade. There is a bus stop right outside the units. From here, you can catch a Surfside bus to anywhere on the Gold Coast and a bus pass is a great idea if you do not want to use the car. You can sit on the bus and go right down to Kingscliff at the southern end of the Gold Coast or Southport on the northern end. Burleigh Heads is right in the centre of the Gold Coast. Our reception has a tour office and from here, we can book you on to any tours, theme parks and fishing trips etc. We can arrange to pick you up or take you to the airport:- either Brisbane or Coolangatta. We are an agent for all tours and we are paid a commission from each booking. It will cost you the same or less and we can arrange free pick up from reception. George and I live on the premises and so there is help at hand if needed. Our pool is heated by solar in the summer and by gas in the winter so there is swimming all year round. We have an underground secure car park. To book a unit you need to ring us and make sure that we have one available for the time that you require. After booking, we require a deposit of $100 either by cheque by post or by credit card over the phone.
