Grooms' cottage has been beautifully converted from the first floor of an eighteenth century stone coach house, originally built as part of Gellifawr, when a large working farm. It was fully modernised to a very high standard in December 1999. It is insulated, fully centrally heated, well equipped and has a new kitchen and bathroom. Parking is very convenient and secure.The kitchen area is typical of all the cottages at Gellifawr - being well equipped with a dishwasher, fridge, microwave, electric kettle and an oven & hob. Also, sufficient cutlery, crockery and cooking utensils are supplied for the number of guests. Groom's cottage has three bedrooms, one double, one twin and one single all supplied with bed linen, pillows and duvets. The living area is spacious with comfortable seating and TV, combining with the kitchen area. The modern bathroom incorporates a power shower to provide an invigorating start to the day. The outlook is an overview of the landscaped central courtyard giving an intimate and cosy atmosphere with a barbecue and seating for the beautiful summer evenings
