A part of history, Across the way Bed and Breakfast was once a stop on the Underground Railroad. It is located close to all attractions in Lancaster County including the Pa Dutch Amish and excellent restaurants. All of our rooms have private baths and air conditioning. Some have fire places and king bed. We can arrange for your party to have dinner with an Amish family. We are also located close to all attractions in Chester County, like Longwood Gardens and Art Museums. We are halfway between Harrisburg and Philadelphia, as well as a convenient drive from Baltimore, New York City, and Washington D.C. You can sit on our large front porch or garden gazeebo, sip lemonade, and watch our neighboring Amish farmers lead a seven horse team to plow their farms and watch the buggies go by. There are vast views in every direction of our B&B. We can also set up a trip on a hot air balloon ride to take off right from our back yard!
