The villa is of a larger design, with a 'great room' plan, 4 double bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. We restrict to 8 or less to maintain luxury standards. The villa is our own, not part of a business, and is finished, furnished and maintained for our, and your, enjoyment. Your country oasis is set in a plot of over two acres, with a large lawn, is not overlooked, and has real benefit of the lanai and pool deck facing SW for maximum sun. THE MODERN LUXURIES YOU EXPECT.... Air conditioned/ kitchen utilities: dishwasher, range, microwave, fridge-freezer+icemaker, drinks mixer, waste disposal, toaster, washer, dryer, and....../ Florida ?peach? decor, designer ceramic tile floor, three French doors to pool deck, vaulted ceilings, limed oak furniture, cable TV+VCR, four double bedrooms, two bathrooms:master en suite, hairdryer.... ....and SWIMMING POOL HEATING UPGRADE: A warm pool in the winter months may be essential. These upgrades are a feature of our villa The pool deck faces SW for the best sun during an afternoon break, but has a large shaded lanai area too, enjoying magnificent views over open pastureland with considerable nature interest. The pool has a removable safety rope, for young children. Pleasure from the pool is very dependent on water temperature. To optimise this, without any additional cost to you, we have upgraded to highest specification SOLAR panels. For the festive season, Florida ?winter?, or periods with low sunshine (infrequent!), - all Florida pools may need additional heating. You may have additional GAS heating, an integrated back-up to the solar, available on request to our manager, during your stay. This is optional. BARBECUE INCLUSIVE Our prices include use of our GAS BBQ for outdoor use. Connoisseurs will know the benefit of a gas BBQ. All we ask is that you leave the BBQ in the condition you would wish to find it - clean and tidy: discerning guests will appreciate the importance of this. WE HAVE MANY REPEAT RENTALS FROM GUESTS.
