3 lovely homes on 1.25 acres at the 1,000 level overlooking Keauhou Bay and Kailua-Kona. Just minutes to the beaches and snorkel areas. The Honeymoon Cottage is a perfect romantic getaway but will sleep as many as 6 adults comfortably; the Plantation House offers 1 private bedroom and two enclosed sleeping lanais, accommodates 8 adults in beds and provides the best view of the coastline; the Garden House is the larger unit with 3 private bedrooms and two full baths. It sleeps 7 adults in beds. We also have several futon mats for children. All three houses are fully supplied with everything you may need for your stay including full kitchens, all linens (even beach towels!), all paper products, laundry detergent, etc. Laundry facilities available in Garden House and Plantation House. Cottage has access to laundry at Manager's unit. We keep a supply of snorkel gear, boogie boards, beach chairs, mats and umbrellas for the use of our guests.
