The lounge has a three seater and two seater settee and matching lounge chair. It is equipped with a satellite colour TV & video recorder and Hi Fi Player. The dinning area overlooks the flowing River Camel and the beautiful 14th Century Helland Bridge and has a French windows open onto a secluded patio equipped with a patio table and four chairs and surrounded by a small rose and herb garden. The modern fully equipped kitchen also enjoys river views and is equipped with a full sized electric cooker, microwave, fridge/freezer and ample cutlery, crockery and cooking utensils.
