Through the lounge window as you relax with tea and homemade scones freshly baked, you will notice the Quaint local parish church cows and sheep grazing, countless wild rabbits and perhaps even a king Fisher feeding from the bird table. Come rest and be pampered. Broom House is set in open countryside with views of the Pennines. It is minutes from the A66 main road from Scotch Corner to Penrith. The market town of Appleby is 2.5 miles from us and the village of Long Martonis 1/2 a mile away. We have 1 Double, 1 twin /family ,1 single,ensuite fasilities, rooms have TV and tea /coffee , there is a lounge /dinning room with coal fire. A full English Breakfast is served using fresh local produce, an evening meal can be booked on request. Large lawned garden with ample parking at the rear. We are on the Lady Anne Clifford Walk and near the Pennine Way.
