Located on one of the best complexes in La Barrosa, Complejo Las Quintas, our 1 bed apartment offers a high standard of self-catering accommodation. It is located less than a 10 minute walk to the beach, bars, restaurants etc. The apartment has a large balcony which has a table and 4 chairs on it. It is ideal for spending those lovely warm evenings on and overlooks gardens and is surrounded by pine trees. The living area has a large double sofa-bed in it. We also have satellite TV available along with a DVD/CD/MP3 Player and a hi-fi. The kitchen is fully equipped with a fridge freezer, microwave oven/grill, gas hob, toaster, kettle and a washing machine. There is also of course all the other self-catering essentials such as cutlery and crockery etc. Heaters and thick blankets are also supplied for winter lets. The bathroom has a bath and shower in it and we supply clean bath and hand towels for your holiday so there is no need to pack any. The double bedroom has fitted wardrobes, and we also have a large cot/playpen that can sleep a child up to the age of 2 1/2 - 3 yrs old. The bedroom overlooks gardens and pine trees. We have an English speaking local representative who arranges cleaning of the apartment and bed-linen and shows holiday-makers around the apartment. She is also there to help if you encounter any problems whilst you are staying at the apartment. La Barrosa is also close to Seville, Jerez and Gibraltar which are great places to visit. Jerez is the closest airport and is only a 35 min car journey to the apartment.
