Le Sapin is one of 3 gites situated at La Guillemandiere. This two bedroom gite can sleep up to 5 guests. It has an open plan living area with TV & Freeview satellite channels, a DVD player, stereo and an internet access point. Central heating is available for the winter months at an extra charge. The kitchen area is fully equipped with a cooker, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine, kettle & toaster and lots of cutlery & crockery. There is a double bedroom on the first floor with a balcony overlooking the gardens and a further bedroom with bunk beds and a single bed. There is a bathroom with shower, toilet and wash basin. Le Sapin shares the use of the 10m x6m salt water swimming pool along with a 3m circular children’s pool, which is securely fenced for your security. There is a large garden with a children’s play area containing slides, swings, boules court and trampoline and each gite has its own outside seating area with BBQ facilities. There is a large shared off-road parking area.
