This self-contained guest cottage is stylish, spacious, has a warm ambiance and is situated in the tranquil and wooded suburb of Glendinningvale. Within easy access to the N2 highway and in close proximity to all other major amenities, you will be but a stone?s throw away from any destination. The cottage is a freestanding unit that has a private entrance / driveway with a small backyard. A 1,8m high wall with a steel gate ensures the safe and secure parking of your vehicle during your stay. The cottage is also equipped with its own alarm system, security gates and a gun-safe for your peace of mind. The cottage consists of a main bedroom, lounge, office, kitchen, bathroom and patio. It can sleep up to 4 adults, as there is a double bed in the main bedroom and a very comfortable, extra large double sleeper couch in the lounge. The bedroom is stylishly furnished with a double bed with quality, crisp linen, bedside cabinets, lamps and a clock radio / alarm. Spacious built-in cupboards with a gun-safe should you need to lock away your firearm or want to keep your valuables there. The bedroom has a sliding door that opens up onto the patio and links with the lounge. An inter-leading door between the lounge and bedroom ensures privacy between the two. The lounge is modern and equipped with a TV, coffee table, ottomans, and double sleeper couch and has a sliding door leading onto the patio. A private enclosure between the lounge and the kitchen is equipped with a table, chair, lamp, mirror and plug points. This area can be used as an office with a facility to plug in your laptop should you need to catch up to some work after hours or it can be used as a dressing table should the ladies wish to apply their make-up in comfort. The back door leads off this area and onto the patio. This modern kitchen is equipped with a fridge / freezer, microwave, electric frying pan, kettle, toaster, iron, ironing board, clothes dryer, cutlery, crockery and other eating and cooking utensils and equipment. A menu for a delivery service of our main restaurants is kept in the kitchen for your convenience should you wish to order in. The bathroom has a huge bath, toilet, basin and mirror. It is equipped with a shaver plug and a hairdryer unit. Relax and unwind on the large patio that has a portable braai facility with patio furniture and an umbrella placed underneath a pergola. ADDITIONAL FACILITIES BY PRIOR ARRANGEMENT: A continental breakfast, packed in a basket and delivered to your doorstep at the time of your choice, can be arranged at an additional fee of R30 p.p. A solarium and nail bar is also situated on the premises. Two sunbeds are available and can be used by prior arrangement and free of charge during your stay with us.
