Our house is in a quite little vilage 6 miles from Teny and saundersfoot. Just a short distance from the shores of the estuary where the histroic Carew Castle stands. Near the towns of Tenby and Pembroke both of which have their own historic character, Pembroke with its Castle and Tenby with its picturesqu harbour and walled town centre. And central for all the 14 beautifull beaches in Pembrkeshire. Newton Grange really is a family orientated home with a well stocked games room and a imaginative outdoor playground with swings, slide, climbing frame, mini roller coaster, see saw, swing ball amd much more.There a spacious lawned areas with barbecue, ample garden furniture and a solarium/ chalet where you can catch an all over tan! But the one memorable feature at Newton Grange will be the covered heated swimming pool which can be found in the rear garden. Accommodation Bedrooms There are 5 bedrooms sleeping 12 persons: 4 double and 1 bunk bedded room. two have a singel beds added and two have vanity units, 1 has a shower and vanity unit also a cot. Ideal for family rooms with pleny of wardrobe space. Most fo the bedrooms have views of the surrounding countryside. Bath/shower rooms There is a bathroom with shower and toilet and a seperate toilet with shower plus a toilet down stairs. Kitchen The large fitted kitchen includes an electric cooker, microwave oven, fridge/freezer,dishwasher, toaster, kettle. Ther is seating for 6 persons. Lounges There are two lounges both with colour TV's and skyTv and video lpayers and a selection of tapes. Dinning room The dinning table seats 6 pesons plus a baby high cahir is available.
