The garden has a large grass area, sunbathing terraces, a shaded terrace with high quality furniture for outdoor dining and relaxing and table tennis is provided for guests use. On the ground floor an outside covered terrace leads into a large entrance hall. To the left there is a large laundry area with washing machine, iron and ironing board. To the right of the entrance hall is a double bedroom with bathroom en-suite. Just off the hall there is a further twin bedroom and a full bathroom. The kitchen is well equipped with dishwasher, microwave and a breakfast area and French windows leading out to the garden and pool. To the left of the kitchen there is a large living room with natural stone walls and a fireplace, Satellite TV (limited channels), CD and DVD player, comfortable sofas and large French windows leading out to another covered terrace next to the garden and pool area. Upstairs there is a double bedroom with bathroom en-suite and 2 further twin bedrooms with a bathroom between them. Two of these bedrooms share a large terrace. On the landing there are doors leading onto another terrace which overlooks the pool and gardens and has direct access to this area, meaning that you can swim or sunbathe without having to go via the ground floor rooms. The furnishings are in an antique style and the fabrics bright and attractive in keeping with this wonderful property. For added comfort there are ceiling fans in all the bedrooms and the property has air conditioning installed throughout. Central heating is installed for off season comfort.
