THE FURNISHINGS OF THE HOUSE: The house is standing on a surface of 1.200m2 and consisted of two floors; a second floor, which is the living part and a ground floor, what exist of a double carport. You can use this carport for many purposes, like to park your vehicle, or for a covered terrace, but also dry your laundry should be one of the many possibilities you have. You can reach the ground floor by the driveway, which is easy to take, or by the stairs which are on your left-hand. The first flour, being the living part of the house, is to reach from the road to take a little stairway. When you go through the front door you come into the hall In the hall is on the left-hand the kitchen and on the right hand the bathroom, and straight ahead the living room The kitchen is equipped with a; refrigerator, electrical furnace, water-heater, dustbin and a complete fitted up worktop with among other tings a 4-spirits gas stove, microwave, coffee maker and a double sink (warm and cold water). At and above the worktop is there a variety of cooking utensils and of course is also in stock the service and cutlery. The bathroom complete furnished with a bathtub and shower and a washbasin (both warm/cold water) and a toilet. Further is the bathroom furnished with a laundry basket, a dustbin, a washbasin and a closed where you can put your personal toilet articles. The living room is furnished with a sofa , arm-chair, a T.V. (digital satellite) which stands on a stereo closet, a dining room furnish, a fireplace, occasional tables and attractive lamps. The back wall exist for a great part of a window with a door, from where you can go to the balcony. If you stand in the living room, two doors, which are on your right hand, will give you access to the bedrooms One bedroom is furnished with a one one-person bed and a bunk bed and so be a room where 3 people can sleep. A big wardrobe belong also to the furnish of this room. The other bedroom is furnished with a two-person beds. The wall of closets which belong to the bedroom furnish gives you plenty of storeroom for your personal belongs. The door on this bedroom give you access to the balcony. The two balconies (front and back) gives you a magnificent view all over the urbanisation On the balcony the gardenfurnish is waiting for you to use. You can walk from the front balcony along the house to the stairway, which you can use to go to the carport and the ground floor, or vice versa. Below beside the driveway lies ca 1.000m2 yard, which will be in the future turn over to a nice garden. And near the round gardenfurniture outside, we've created a accomodation for the washer and a washbasin for little holliday-laudry.
