This lovely three bed roomed villa slleps 8 overlooks the famous Burriana Beach in the beautiful town of Nerja at the eastern end of the Costa Del Sol where the mountains meet the sea. The picture is taken from a roof terrace, it shows the view to the shared pool and some of the beach. On entering the front door of the villa the kitchen is on the right there is a full four ring electric cooker, large refrigerator, with freezer compartment, microwave, washing machine and iron, on the left is the lounge that opens out onto the terrace (with barbecue. table and chairs), with fabulous views of the sea and mountains. The lounge has TV with cable network. There is a heater and fan, also on this floor is one bedroom with a double bed, also a shower room with toilet, and washbasin. Cot hire £20 per week hour. Stairs lead down to two more bedrooms, one large family with a double bed and twin beds, the other bedroom has twin beds, also on this floor is a full bathroom with toilet and wash basin. The beds will be made up for your arrival, and a clean set of linen delivered to you after a week on a 2 week booking. Stairs from the lounge floor lead up to the roof terrace, where you can hang out your washing and sunbathe, there are two sun beds. The villa is situated only a few minutes from the beach from where you can take a scenic walkway through small beaches and coves to the famous Balcon De Europe. It is also only a few minutes walk to the nearest supermarket, go to the gate to the left of villa, turn right follow path and you will see shops ahead of you. The pool, which is full from Easter to mid October, is in the grounds with space for children to play on the 3 sun terraces, a shower and some seating around the pool. It has a depth of 1 metre to 2 metres. Please note there are steps to get to the villa and also to the pool. There will be a welcome pack in the fridge, which will include milk bread eggs and water.
