The apartment is located in Via Lutezia, in the middle of one of the most elegant central areas of Rome – Parioli - nearby Villa Borghese and via Veneto. Excellent tram and bus services provide easy links with the main train stations, the historical center, and the rest of the city. Subway’s B Line “Policlinico” station is very near too. The apartment is made of a wide, fully furnished day area, with tv and cooking facilities - refrigerator, electric burners, dishes, pottery - and a night area with double bed, parted by a bookshelf. The apartment has a main bathroom with shower, and another little room with service bathroom, without shower but with washing machine. The price includes the use of a common parking space in the courtyard, when available. The flat is located at the ground floor of an elegant condominium. Despite its location on city’s center, it is extremely quiet because of its inner position. This peculiar aspect makes it an ideal site for relaxing after long walking on city’s roads.
