El Presidente is a luxury complex located between San Pedro and Estepona, just 6 kilometres from Puerto Banus. The complex benefits from five communal swimming pools (one heated during the winter months) and five tennis/paddle-tennis courts, and is just a short walk from the beach and within easy access of all facilities including bars, restaurants, banks and supermarkets. We have a selection of 2-bedroom/2-bathroom apartments which are furnished to a high standard and consist of a master bedroom with en-suite bathroom and a further twin-bedroom with bathroom adjacent. The lounge and dining area with satellite TV, leadout onto either a large terrace or garden, and the kitchen is fully equipped with oven, hob, fridge/freezer, washing-machine, dishwasher and microwave. The properties also benefit from having hot and cold air conditioning which is included in the rental cost, satellite TV and video and music systems. Rental prices are per week and include all linen (except beach towels). For rentals of two weeks or more a change of linen is also included.
